Shipping

Raingoat currently offers Free Shipping on all orders over $25, otherwise shipping costs $7.99.

You may upgrade to 2-day shipping via FedEx for $14.99 or Overnight FedEx shipping for $24.99

After you make a purchase, our fulfillment center will process your order the same day if placed before 11am PST (Mon-Fri) and the next day if placed after 11am to deliver your gear on time. Ground orders can take 3 to 4 business days. You also have the option to upgrade to 2-day or Overnight shipping.

Please note that we only process orders Monday - Friday. An example of this is if an Overnight order is placed on Friday, it will not ship until Monday. But if it is placed on Thursday it will ship and be delivered by Saturday.

We ship with two carriers anywhere in the United States: FedEx and USPS. The carrier depends on the location of the shipping address and the type of product ordered.

You will receive a shipping confirmation email once your item has shipped. This email has the tracking number and shipping method. You may also log in to your account to see the status.

We use recycled boxes and polybags in the majority of our shipments.

At this time, we only accept orders on raingoat.com for shipments to a US address. Please contact us if you are interested in shipping outside of the US.

Please look at your tracking number to ensure there wasn't a delay before reaching out to us at customers@raingoat.com. It is becoming more common that USPS packages are marked delivered one day before actually being delivered. Please also check with your neighbors to see if they may have accidentally picked up your package.

WAREHOUSE SALE:
All orders placed during our warehouse sale are final sale, no returns will be accepted.

We have an easy and automated (no-need-to-talk-to-a-human) 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

Yes. The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to start an exchange on the returns portal.

During the exchange process, you may exchange your items for a different size or color (or both) if we have the item in stock.

If you would like to exchange your order for a completely different item, you may do so during the return process as well. You will have the option to initiate your return and then shop for your new item. There will not be a fee to return the items that you are switching.

We deduct $4.99 from your refund total when you use one of our prepaid return labels, and our labels save time and money.

You won't be charged shipping when you exchange an item in the portal.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method right away. Note: It can take time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

Raingoat products are covered by a limited warranty against manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship for a specified time. Suppose the product covered by the warranty fails due to a manufacturing defect. In that case, it will be repaired or replaced at the company's discretion. The warranty does not cover damage caused by accident or improper care. Damage not covered under warranty may be repaired at a reasonable rate.

We rarely offer any promotions. We are committed to selling only high-quality and fair-priced products with free shipping.

If you’ve found a coupon code online, the chances are it is not an official Raingoat coupon code. We will not honor any coupons that are not officially approved by Raingoat.

In most instances, once an order is placed, we cannot make a change. We transmit our orders for fulfillment as soon as possible. Still, please contact us to check on the status of your specific order.
