All Raingoat products (except Final Sale) are covered by a Limited Warranty against manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship for a specified time ("Warranty Period") following your purchase, as stated below.
Suppose your product covered by these warranties fails due to a manufacturing defect. In that case, we will repair it without charge or replace it at our discretion. Only original, unaltered, and unmodified items and workmanship are covered. This warranty does not cover damage caused by accident, improper care, negligence, everyday wear and tear, or the natural breakdown of colors and materials over an extended time and use. Damage not covered under warranty may be repaired for a reasonable rate, and a nominal fee will be charged for return shipping.
The products eligible for the Limited Warranty are covered by the original owner for the Warranty Period.

Practical Product Life means the usual and customary wearable life of the product. The Practical Product Life does not mean for your lifetime or mean an indefinite time. How the product is used directly impacts the usual and customary wearable life of the product, as materials will deteriorate and fade over time, and moving parts will also wear. Raingoat products are designed for long life and durability if care instructions are followed carefully. If your product appears worn out, it may be time to replace your product, and we hope Raingoat will be a part of your next buying decision. Practical product Life will be determined at the reasonable discretion of an authorized Raingoat Customer Service representative who shall take into account at least the following factors: the type and nature of the product, the nature of the use of the product, nature of the Product issue involved, and age of the product. The Raingoat Customer Service representative may require consumer information to make the preceding determination and may not be able to decide without such accurate information from the consumer.
To submit a Warranty claim, your product must be registered. To start the process, fill out the warranty request form which includes an explanation and pictures of what is wrong with your Raingoat product.
We will reply with instructions on how to mail your product to us for repair or replacement.
All shipping to the Warranty Repair Department must be pre-paid. Raingoat cannot be liable for in-bound packages that are lost.
Our policy requires that products accepted for repair be clean. Charges will be assessed if cleaning is necessary or product may be returned to you if it cannot be adequately cleaned.
If you've sent an item in to be repaired, we'll email you when it has been received by our Warranty Department. This email will include information about the status of your repair. Our typical repair turn-around time is 2-3 weeks, but time can vary based on workload.

This warranty is only available in the United States. Raingoat is not responsible for direct, incidental, or consequential damages for any reason, including damage resulting from a breach of a warranty. Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you.
Some states do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts, so the above restrictions on the duration of the warranty may not apply to you. This warranty gives you specific legal rights; you may have other rights, which vary from state to state.
